How to Order

To order any of our listed items, we offer the following options:

1. USE SHOPPING CART. Order directly from page. If you order from pages using the shopping cart, shipping will be free on all orders over $50.00.

2. BY EMAIL. Please include the item number if listed, a brief description, your complete mailing address, and your telephone number with area code and method of payment.

Shipping Fees

Small items are sent US Priority or Parcel Post insured. You can expect shipment within 3 business days. If doing business on line, we will send you an email when the package has been shipped. We have no packaging charges on these items.


Medium sized items (such as large decorated boxes, small stands, chairs, and rockers, folk art) will be sent UPS Ground or Fedex insured. This will require a residential or business address and phone number. You can expect shipment within 7 business days. We will send you an email when the package has been shipped. Email us with any shipping rate inquiry. We may charge a nominal fee for packaging as we may have to have boxes custom made in order to fit item.


Larger sized items (such as large cupboards, chests, and tables) will be sent by Craters and Freighters or Plycon insured. Please provide your shipping address and we can make arrangements for quote. They will need the following information: description of the piece, the dimensions, weight (if known). You can email or call us for weight, zips to and from 17350.

Payments

Payment may be made by personal check, money order or cashier's check. Credit Cards are available through Paypal (reijen@aol.com or info@reillyandjenks.com - William Jenks). On Paypal payments we will only ship to a verified address. Please do not send cash without prior approval. Personal checks must clear before items are shipped. All other forms of payment are processed and merchandise is shipped within 2 business days.

All orders are acknowledge via Email. Payments not received within 7 business days are cancelled and merchandise is returned to our website for resale.

LAY-AWAY. Lay-Aways are accepted for items over $100.00 with a 1/3 non-refundable deposit and a balance to be paid within 60 days in 2 equal monthly payments. Any item's balance unpaid after the 60 day limit are returned to our website for sale.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee all items to be as represented as to Condition and Authenticity. However, infrequently an item may display very minor acceptable wear (such as minor, no-harm flaking on cut glass). Should such wear exist on any item, such qualifications will be made known prior to the time of sale.

If you are not satisfied for any reason when your shipment arrives, please contact us within 3 business days and we will gladly refund the purchase price, or give you credit toward another purchase.
