If doing business on line, we will send you an email when the package has been shipped. We have no packaging charges on these items.
Payments Payment may be made by personal check, money order or cashier's check. Credit Cards are available through Paypal (reijen@aol.com or info@reillyandjenks.com - William Jenks). On Paypal payments we will only ship to a verified address. Please do not send cash without prior approval. Personal checks must clear before items are shipped. All other forms of payment are processed and merchandise is shipped within 2 business days. All orders are acknowledge via Email. Payments not received within 7 business days are cancelled and merchandise is returned to our website for resale. LAY-AWAY. Lay-Aways are accepted for items over $200.00 with a 1/3 non-refundable deposit and a balance to be paid within 60 days in 2 equal monthly payments. Any item's balance unpaid after the 60 day limit are returned to our website for sale. Our Guarantee We guarantee all items to be as represented as to Condition and Authenticity. However, infrequently an item may display very minor acceptable wear (such as minor, no-harm flaking on cut glass). Should such wear exist on any item, such qualifications will be made known prior to the time of sale. If you are not satisfied for any reason when your shipment arrives, please contact us within 3 business days and we will gladly refund the purchase price, or give you credit toward another purchase.
