PEWTER PLATE MADE IN PHILADELPHIA c.1812

A very nice small pewter plate made by B. Barns of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The plate is 7 7/8 inches in diameter and was made about 1812. Wonderful strong touchmarks on the reverse. The plate has a nice mellow warm patina. There are a couple of no harm dings in the plate but it is not bent or repaired.
