A very nice clear non-flint true open compote in the very popular "SNAIL" pattern. Introduced 1891 by George Duncan & Sons. The compote is 8 3/4" in diameter and 6 1/2 inches high. It is in excellent condition free of chips, cracks or nicks. The glass is clear and not sick, cloudy, discolored or have chemical deposits. A very lovely compote in a highly sought after pattern.
