A nice hard to find clear with transfer etching goblet in the "OHIO" state pattern. Introduced in 1897 by the U.S. Glass Company as part of their states series. The transfer etching is grapes and a butterfly. We have never seen this etching on other patterns. The goblet is 5 7/8 inches high and 3 inches in diameter. It is in excellent condition and is free of chips, cracks or nicks. The glass is clear and is not sick, cloudy, discolored or have chemical deposits. A hard to find states pattern. Two available. One is excellent while the other shows some interior wear.
