A very nice true open high standard jelly compote in the more unusual "COLUMBIA" pattern. The pattern was patented in 1893 by Dalzell, Gilmore & Leighton Co. of Findlay, Ohio because of the machine used for crimping the edges. The jelly compote is 4 3/4 inches high and 5 1/4 inches in diameter. It is in excellent condition free of chips, cracks or nicks. The glass is clear and not sick, cloudy, discolored or have chemical deposits.
