BUTTERFLY HANDLES SALT SHAKER

Unusual shape and form in this salt shaker in the "BUTTERFLY HANDLES" pattern. Made in 1885 by Bryce, Higbee & Company, the salt shaker is about 4 inches high to top of lid. Made during the Japanese Esthetic Movement of the Victorian Era using naturalistic motifs in design. Shaker is in excellent condition. There is a teeny tiny flake on one wing tip and there is minute roughness under the screw lid. Great shaker with an interesting design.
