A fabulous Early American Pattern Glass clear covered butter dish in the very popular and highly desirable BIRD AND STRAWBERRY pattern. Made in 1914 by the Indiana Glass Company. The covered domed butter is about 5 3/8 inches high to top of the finial and 7 3/8 inches in diameter. It is in truly outstanding mint state condition being free of chips, cracks or nicks. This is a nice clear glass free of sickness, cloudiness or chemical deposits. An outstanding example of the pattern.
