BARRED FORGET-ME-NOT GOBLET BY CANTON GLASS c.1883

Wonderful clear water goblet in the very popular "BARRED FORGET-ME-NOT" pattern. Made in 1883 by the Canton Glass Company, this pattern is one of the wonderfully designed Japanese Esthetic Movement patterns. The goblet which is one of the scarcer items in the pattern is 5 3/4 inches high and 3 1/4 inches in diameter. It is in great condition free of chips, cracks or nicks except for a teeny flea bite on the plinth where the stem and base meet. The goblet is clear with no chemical deposits, sickness or cloudiness.
