A very nice large flint water tumbler in the popular and hard to find "BAKEWELL BLOCK" pattern. Made by Bakewell, Pears & Co. of Pittsburgh, PA in the 1850s. This flint tumbler is 3 3/4 inches high and 3 3/8 inches in diameter. It is in excellent condition free of chips, cracks or nicks. The glass is clear and not sick, cloudy, discolored or have chemical deposits. There is some minor wear on the foot ring.
