This fantastic Delaware Valley four slat ladder back side chair is in old Spanish brown paint and retains a great old surface and patina. It has a boldly turned front stretcher that shows wonderful wear that you like to see in these early chairs and oversized ball feet and turned finials. 42 3/8 inches high to top of finials, with a seat height of 16 1/4 inches, 18 1/8 inches wide and 14 3/4 inches deep, the chair is in excellent condition with no losses or breaks. Seat is an early replacement. This is a really nice chair in great old paint.
